LOGALMA IPROCOMSA “V” mixers constitute a solid mixing system capable of processing products from 1 to 10,000 parts, in a time that can range from 3 to 5 minutes.

Powder homogenizers
for mixtures of flours, enzymes, coffee, powdered products, pigments, dyes and plastic products in powder or granules, among others.
in processes with liquid addition.
System built by means of two cylinders joined together forming an angle of approximately 80º, equipped with access and loading mouths in the upper part and lower butterfly-type discharge valve with pneumatic actuation if necessary.
The assembly is supported through its axis of rotation by the benches located on both sides, whose structure houses the motor-reducer equipment and the corresponding rolling elements. Built entirely in AISI 316 Stainless Steel parts in contact with the product and AISI 304 for the rest.

The equipment has a useful mixing capacity of 50% of its total volume, and at each turn of the mixer during the process, the product is transported from the two cylinders to a common convergence zone and so on. Total capacities of between 50 and 1,000 liters at the request of the project.
The process is carried out at a moderate speed, with an effective mixing time that ranges from 3 to 5 minutes depending on the product.
Optionally, the equipment can be equipped with a liquid injection system. Easy-to-clean equipment, being able to incorporate a CIP cleaning system if necessary. Possibility of automating the loading and unloading of the product at the convenience of the installation
