We manufacture customized equipment designed for the mixing and packaging of solid or liquid and viscous products.
Since March 2021, we have the ISO 9001 certification as a guarantee of quality in all our processes.
We make different types of mixers for solids: Bicone mixers, V mixers, container mix mixers, horizontal mixers, vertical conical mixers and many others..
IPROCOMSA’s GMP reactors are designed according to the specifications of each client to faithfully comply with the demanding process requirements, in addition to complying with current regulations regarding machines intended for the production medication or food if applicable.
We have solutions and lines for filling containers of different formats for liquids and viscous. Possibility of complete automation of the line. Equipment designed to work with containers from 0.5l to 1000l. Construction in ATEX environment on request.
Modular process units, with all those mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical elements necessary for the full operation of the integrated process unit.Turnkey installations.
We also have a wide range of auxiliary equipment. Emulsifiers, dispersers, turbo type agitators, viscous product agitators, among others for applications with liquids. For processes with solids we have sifters, solids transport systems, among others.

We manufacture according to the most demanding standards of the sectors with which we work, guaranteeing quality, cost, and delivery time, as well as all the necessary documentation for the subsequent validation of the installation. We also carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with our clients who choose us for our in-depth knowledge of the machinery.
We have a wide range of mixing, agitation and dispersion equipment, as well as packaging. All this for both solids and liquids. We cover from completely manual equipment to the most complex automated systems including instrumentation, programming and control. All our equipment bears the CE marking, and if the client needs it, we can certify it to work in potentially explosive environments (ATEX regulations).
