IPROCOMSA’s GMP reactors are designed according to the specifications of each client to faithfully comply with the demanding process requirements.
These equipments are normally installed on benches or platforms, specially designed to integrate all the necessary components for control and automation.
Automated skids
We offer complete solutions, fully automated and designed Skids that include all the operation and qualification protocols. We also offer mobile equipment, for the production of small batches and allowing the use of different rooms.
Manufacture in stainless steels and special alloys
We place special emphasis on the equipment finishes, from polished mirrors Ra<0.4µm to electro-polished, and aware of the importance of equipment qualification, we test and validate under very strict quality protocols.
Design according to PED 2014/68/CE
All our equipment integrates the instrumentation, automatic blocking system, emergency stop and visual and acoustic alarm.
